北京鼎新信息系统开发有限公司（ASDC）是美国IBM公司和清华大学以对等投资方式（双方各出100万美元）共同创建的外向型高新技术企业。公司成立于1994年8月，主要从事跨世纪软件及支持系统的开发及技术服务，开发任务大部分来自IBM美国总部和国外其他公司。从成立今，公司采用OO技术承接了国内外（以国外为主）多种项目的设计、开发任务，深受客户好评，取得了良好的信誉，客户遍及美国、日本、香港及中国大陆。
